HiZKang123, review follows: article promoted to GA 21 October; article is well written and cited inline throughout to what look to be reliable sources for the subject; I didn't pick up any overly close paraphrasing in a spot check on the sources; hook is interesting, mentioned in the article, and checks out to source cited; image is appropriate and freely licensed (I believe Singapore has freedom of panorama); a QPQ has been carried out.
