It looks like most of these reference links are via Timatic; it could be useful to have a template to make it easier to type them in, since the URLs are all basiclaly the same, and of the form
http://www.timaticweb.com/cgi-bin/tim_website_client.cgi?SpecData=1&VISA=&page=visa&NA=MN&AR=00&PASSTYPES=PASS&DE=AM&user=DL&subuser=DELTAB2C
which suggests a template like
