I added... John the Baptist was actually born on Thursday November 12, 7 BC / 12.11.747 AUC / 20 Heshvan 3755 HC.[1] This was marked by planetary alignment and aligned to Matthew 11:12. John was born six months before Jesus' actual birthday of Saturday April 17, 6 BC / 17.4.748 AUC / 29 Nisan 3755 HC.<ref]Astronomer http://MichaelMolnar.com </ref]69.180.104.60 (talk) 11:37, 12 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
The claim is dubious, the cited source doesn't look reliable, and the user has been banned for sockpuppetry. I feel reasonably certain that the claim wouldn't stand up to inquiry. Feel free to add it back in if I'm wrong. Sonata Green (talk) 23:20, 7 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
June 23 only applies to Roman Catholics. This feast is also celebrated by Anglicans, Lutherans, Methodists, etc. Remove this mention from the infobox. The Roman Catholic date can be mentioned at the first paragraph instead. Ericglm.4 (talk) 07:11, 24 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
