So from its inception as a Duchy, it was known as Troppau- Should not the Danzig Rule apply here- to remove all German traces from history is NPOV; to call it the "Austrian Duchy of Opava" is as inaccurate as saying the "Duchy of Warschau" after 1918 it should rightly be then called Opava. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Rikaard (talk • contribs) 02:11, 14 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
