What does "Panda" actually stand for here (c.f. Pelican crossing)? 31.16.112.242 (talk) 15:32, 29 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

An unrelated system seems to be in use in Australia: http://www.safezonealert.com.au/products/wireless_pedestrian_crossings/index.shtml 31.16.112.242 (talk) 15:38, 29 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

File:PandaLights.jpg Nominated for speedy Deletion[edit]

An image used in this article, File:PandaLights.jpg, has been nominated for speedy deletion for the following reason: Wikipedia files with no non-free use rationale as of 21 September 2011

What should I do?

Don't panic; you should have time to contest the deletion (although please review deletion guidelines before doing so). The best way to contest this form of deletion is by posting on the image talk page.

  • If the image is non-free then you may need to provide a fair use rationale
  • If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale, then it cannot be uploaded or used.
  • If the image has already been deleted you may want to try Deletion Review

Link to 'X-way'[edit]

A link to X-way has been added to the article. This in turn requires a redirect to the article pelican crossing which discusses X-way crossings. However, I don't appear to able to create an article page with the required redirect. Can some kind sole do this for me please. 109.156.49.202 (talk) 14:55, 21 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

External link to Flash animation[edit]

This link is broken (albeit with a nice 404 page). The animation seems to be available at the bottom of this page, but doesn't work on my browser (Chrome 60 on Linux). — Preceding unsigned comment added by ErsatzCulture (talkcontribs) 10:22, 7 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
