what was the outcome of the 1987 lawsuit? 100.15.117.34 (talk) 15:00, 31 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Not sure what you are referring to, but if indeed we talk about a lawsuit whose resolution is not available, we may want to omit. Commercial disputes are common and may not be notable. Coretheapple (talk) 19:47, 31 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
The suit was actually filed in 1985 and was dismissed! I've taken it out. Thank you Mr. or Ms. IP. Coretheapple (talk) 20:28, 31 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

his father was not the son of immigrants from hungary, because there were no hungary, it was "Kaisertum Österreich". 2003:CA:A707:E100:54E6:91BC:9DA6:22D0 (talk) 12:04, 10 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Newman = original: Neumann

[edit]

in german language there exists no Newman, but Neumann. Newman ist the english translated version of the german family name Neumann. So imo his grandfather changed his name in this english version by immigrating in USA. wiki: As of 2023 it is the 18th most common surname in Germany. 2003:CA:A707:E100:54E6:91BC:9DA6:22D0 (talk) 12:07, 10 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
