Oh, and just to complicate things that little bit more, Railtrack plc has now (since February 3) apparently become Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd. [1]

The fate of Railtrack was decided by the government in 2001, when it refused to put anymore money into the company after as series of accidents as well as a failure to meet project deadlines. user:Pdiddyjr has added a line to the Fate section which a) does not need to be there b) appears to be in breech of Wikipedia:Neutral point of viewc) has no source to attached to the edit to verify his claim in the edit comments I have therefore removed his edit.
