We tried translating parts of the wall that we could see. I put up two phrases. More can be seen but we didn't feel like freeze-framing through it this time around.
It says twice in this article that the Reckoning episodes "are widely regarded to be two of the best episodes ever on Stargate SG-1..." What authority indicates this? If it's quoting the GEOS source as in the main Stargate SG-1 article it is there at least qualified as one of the the top 5. The whole 'best' thing should just be removed as it seems POV to me.--Artificialard07:18, 7 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
What about the second such claim? If there's some source for this, just toning it down a bit would be OK, but as it stands... Alai23:48, 9 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
in the notes section it is mentioned as unknown why Anubis has chosen to use hosts instead of building a force shield like before. it is possible that he still enjoys suppressing the personality of a host, like when he was a Goa'uld.(this is probably too close to original research to go in the main article) Edgjerp (talk) 20:31, 28 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
It is the physiological degradation of the host that impels Anubis to take over a new body. The episode shows two Anubis hosts. The first host when it first appears on screen, is already showing lesions on the face and a general impression of sickness. Subsequently, Anubis takes a second host which was originally healthy. However, with time the second host starts degenerating gradually, and also starts showing facial lesions and lack of good health. However, the reason for taking hosts rather than projecting a force field that has a humanoid form like before, is unclear. --Joe Gatt (talk) 10:37, 22 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Fair use rationale for Image:Reckoning2stargate.jpg
Image:Reckoning2stargate.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
