I have added back in Eusebius Beltran, who was a priest of this diocese at a time he was not a bishop.
PLEASE NOTICE that catholic-hierarchy lists affiliated bishops for a diocese, INCLUDING those who served there as priests (who were not bishops) and then were appointed to serve ELSEWHERE as bishops.
