I find it strange that the most impressive success of probability theory in 21 century, awarded by Fields medal, is assessed low priority. As for me, it speaks about Wikipedia, not about SLE. Boris Tsirelson (talk) 17:12, 8 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Priority is more about the number of readers who wish to gain a detailed understanding of a topic. When a topic gets a chapter in dozens of textbooks, its going to be high-priority. By contrast, celebrated results will typically be marked low-priority, as they are of interest primarily to specialists with detailed knowledge of the field. 67.198.37.16 (talk) 21:22, 4 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
