The article is currently in Category:20th-century Dominican Republic people, but as that is a container category it should not include individual articles, but only categories. However, as I have noted at Category talk:20th-century Dominican Republic people this article does not fit into any of its subcategories and I think that there is possibly an argument that it should lose its container status. For consistency, I have also added the article to Category:21st-century Dominican Republic people (which is not a container category.
