Cleanup

November 2014: I came across this page for my local library system and noticed many things out of date. I'm researching information from their website and other sourced material and will update as I go along. Waseabind (talk) 12:18, 18 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

How do I remove this notice, since this image is no longer used on the page?

I don't understand, if this image no longer exists, isn't used on a wikipage and will never be used on a wikipage, then we still need the fair use rationale request for the image?
