I took some snaps of the main city square on Tuesday. I will upload them and add to the article. They are faithful to the old print already on the page. Unfortunately I did not have time to take photos of the Cathedral which is splendid and I think also worthy of an image and a few words in the article. Op. Deo 20:33, 7 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The article claims it is a World Heritage Site, but I can find no reference to Spanish Town at Unesco World heritage. What is the source of this? Op. Deo 21:09, 7 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

According to [1], Spanish Town was once nominated for inclusion but no longer features on Jamaica's Tentative List. -Arb. (talk) 10:50, 24 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The article claims Francisco de Garay founded the original settlement in 1534. According to his article he died in 1523. 90.229.193.208 (talk) 18:38, 21 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
