Alright, I did some minor copyediting I assumed would be uncontroversial as I read. Here's what I've got to say:
... with subsequent releases in 1995 for the 32X with a Sega CD attached... I understand this means the 32X version required the Sega CD to run, but I only know this because I'm familiar with the consoles in question. I think you're better off just saying 32X in prose and adding a footnote that says "The 32X version requires a Sega CD to run." I think you should also clarify that the Sega CD and 32X are add-ons for the Genesis.
In relation to the above point, the 32X version requiring a Sega CD isn't noted in the actual article, just the lede. This should be fixed.
Is Vivian Wu the only notable actor in the game? Might be worth checking if there are any others
I think the Tom Zito quote in Development and release can probably be paraphrased
I think the reception section needs some work—I think it runs into a chunk of the problems outlined in WP:RECEPTION, mainly in that it follows an "A said B" format that's boring and clunky to read. I'd excise review scores from prose (they're unneeded since the review box is right there), group related information, paraphrase quotes, and try to transition between reviewer points more smoothly.
