Yes. I've been checking up on this, and it's not looking good. Some items:
There's "Pegasus Global Holdings" mentioned here, and "Pegasus-Global Holdings", a consulting firm in Washington state.[1]. They are not affiliated.
"Pegasus Global Holdings" doesn't seem to have ever built anything or done anything. There's a mention of a commercial spaceport project on their site, but nothing came of that. All sources seem to come from their own PR efforts.
There's no indication anywhere of where the funding is coming from.
Actually, deletion isn't appropriate. There's more than enough press coverage for notability. Even if it turns out to be a scam, it will still be notable. --John Nagle (talk) 05:50, 16 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
The project just went bust. Developers pull plans for New Mexico ghost town:『Last month, Robert Brumley, managing director of the project, said groundbreaking would likely be delayed until August because of problems closing on the land. The promoters gave a presentation to Dona Ana County's commissioners in January 2013, who expressed support but didn't put in any money or resources or approvals. No news since then. --John Nagle (talk) 05:02, 5 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Undid hype, per WP:CRYSTAL. That's the CNN Style section interviewing Brumley, not news.
Well, there's "news" about the project, but the story seems to be just someone from CNN's style section interviewing Brumley, the promoter[2]. There's no indication of this being any more real than it was the last three times around. John Nagle (talk) 17:50, 6 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
