(Wellington)[edit]

Is there a reason (i.e. another 'The Dominion Post') that makes the "(Wellington)" part of the name necessary? I don't believe this is part of the official title. Ziggurat 01:30, 13 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Completely agree - fixed. -- Chuq 04:35, 10 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
There is a Dominion Post in Morgantown, WV DarkAudit 16:32, 3 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

There should be a separate page for the old Evening Post. Fo' shizzle.

Stance[edit]

Should there perhaps be some mention of the paper's ideological positions? (Which are right-of-centre). Its editors seem to be consistently right wing. I suppose the fact that it was until recently owned by Rupert Murdoch and now Fairfax is a clue to this. 121.73.7.84 (talk) 08:19, 4 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

No, contentious claims ought to be removed unless they're well sourced, such a peer-reviewed university publication. See also WP:NPOV. XLerate (talk) 11:09, 4 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
yes, anyone who reads it regularly will quickly notice that it is clearly a mouthpiece for the National Party and their particular worldview. I'll look for some online media studies. HansNZL (talk) 01:15, 7 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Note that sources don't need to be online. If there's a book or a thesis in some library that'll do for a reliable reference. Schwede66 18:33, 3 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Article expansion[edit]

Article needs a good expansion; there are whole chapters missing. Schwede66 19:07, 3 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
