Tourism is an important part of the economyofJordan. Tourism in Jordan has multiple forms, whether it is a natural touristic attraction such as seas and deserts, or man-made castles and cities like the city of Petra.

As new businesses are developing in Jordan in the last few years, the tourism industry in Jordan is increasing too. New tourism sites are being developed and improved, such as the Baptism area and the Jordan River, which is becoming the one of the most important Christian sites in the area.

90% of all tourists usually visit the ancient city of Petra, it is about to become one of the 7 wonders of the world, usually going to Petra is by Bus, the Trip may take 4 hours (Depending on the weather conditions), the foreign tourists will be Charged for 20 JD, to enter the City.
