Importance of Article

How can this article be rated as being of "Top Importance" to South Africa and "High" for Africa? For South Africa, I would not even rate it as High, but rather Mid and the same for the rating on Africa! Farawayman (talk) 17:37, 8 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
