It looks as though the actual name of this bill was "An Act For the relief of Doctor Ricardo Yallejo Samala and to provide for congressional redistricting" per this https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/STATUTE-81/pdf/STATUTE-81-Pg580.pdf#page=2 Einsteinium108 (talk) 23:04, 2 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
