Two different pages on the Federal Judicial Center website (their biography of Conley and their listing of future vacancies) say Conley was nominated to replace Crabb. The White House website says likewise. However, the FJC's website says Crabb was due to take senior status at the end of this year.
So, what happened? How can Conley be confirmed now? Did Obama switch his nomination to fill the other vacancy instead? Is the FJC website wrong and Crabb took senior status at the end of last year? TheUnknown285 (talk) 19:30, 7 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
