A fact from Visa policy of South Korea appeared on Wikipedia's Main Page in the Did you know column on 9 September 2010 (check views). The text of the entry was as follows: Did you know... that according to the visa policy of South Korea, Canada is the only country whose citizens receive six months of visa-free entry? A record of the entry may be seen at Wikipedia:Recent additions/2010/September.

Not sure exactly what the status is between the US and Korea. The working holiday info center mentions the US, but another news article I read seems to indicate that koreans can only go to the US on J-1 exchange visas and must pay as part of a "similar" program. This doesn't seem to be a normal working holiday agreement. The immigration site is actually a bit out of date and doesn't list all the countries they currently have agreements with.
