Is the main purpose of this article to provide information on current water restrictions across the country? If it is, then it is not up-to-date nor easily made so. We aren't supposed to be a guide. I don't think we should document current restrictions as the information expires too quickly. @Shiftchange: - You made a very good point there, six years ago! If you (or anyone else) are still interested, I'd agree with removing detailed, location based information completely, for the reasons you gave above.
