Did not William Jackson Palmer start a steel mill down in Pueblo to supply rails for his railroads?

This line isn't cited, so I couldn't verify, but I doubt Palmer had Greenwood murdered. I found a couple of obituaries from the time that made it sound like a random robbery and the killers were unknown. If the author of that section is still around, can you check your sources?
