This template is used on approximately 475,000 pages, or roughly 1% of all pages. Usage

This template uses the decimal code for the semicolon so that it doesn't become interpreted as a <dt> tag. {{;}} is shorter than <nowiki>;</nowiki> and clearer than an unadorned &#59;.
