{{{1}}} – {{{name}}} (PDF). AIP En Route Supplement from Airservices Australia, effective 13 June 2024

This template is used to generate an external link to the AIP "En Route Supplement - Australia" (ERSA) for a specific airport. The ERSA facilities (FAC) section contains full details for all licensed aerodromes and limited details for many unlicensed airfields.[1] It is updated four times a year and the URL changes each time, so using a template allows it to be updated in one place rather than editing multiple articles.

Usage

{{AIP AU|ICAO}}

{{AIP AU|ICAO|name=NAME}}

Parameters:

  1. (unnamed) - the ICAO airport code, i.e. YPAD
  2. name (optional) - airport's location as shown in the AIP, i.e. ADELAIDE

Examples

Technical information

The "En Route Supplement - Australia" (ERSA) is updated four times per year with releases corresponding with AIRAC cycles 03, 06, 09 and 12 (usually in March, June, August and November). This causes a change in the URL which includes the new effective date in the form ddMMMyyyy, such as 07SEP2023 for 7 September 2023 (note use of leading zero for day of month). This template should be updated before the effective date for each new cycle. The following is the list of changes required in 2023 and 2024.

2024 Amendment Cycle:

A list of future publication dates and effective dates can be found at the Airservices Australia - Document Amendment Calendar.
