Rationale[edit]

This template was created to provide a simple way to maintain the link and text shown in the "further reading" section of all Arkansas county articles, all Arkansas county seats articles, and various city articles:

1. It allows books to be maintained at one location.
2. It links to a common book list, instead of repeating Arkansas books in every county article.
3. It allows a central location to change text that is shown in all articles which use this template.
4. It allows a central location to fix the link to the book list, in case:
   1. the section name is renamed in the "Arkansas" article. Currently, this template links to "Arkansas#Bibliography".
   2. the list of books are moved to a new article in the future.
