Template:Certification Table Bottom

This template is used on approximately 32,000 pages and changes may be widely noticed. Test changes in the template's /sandboxor/testcases subpages, or in your own user subpage. Consider discussing changes on the talk page before implementing them.

This template is part of a set of templates used for creating certification tables for albums, singles, etc. Note that WP:ALBUM/CERT recommends the creation of a table only when an album has achieved multiple certifications.

• {{Certification Table Entry}} for table entries;
• {{Certification Table Separator}} for creating a separator, e.g. for starting the summary section (can also use {{Certification Table Summary}});
• {{Certification Table Bottom}} for the bottom of the table.

All the templates support the following common parameters:

• |format=: The size and format of the table. |format=3col, the default value, will create three columns, namely region, award, and the amount sold for the certification. |format=2color|format=2colthin create two columns, region and award. In the latter case the region column uses a thinner form.

The following is a common usage example for the set of templates using the default |format=3col. Examples using the other formats can be found here.

This template creates the bottom footnotes section of the certification table. It should not be used if there is no need for footnotes. In that case, {{Table end}} is more appropriate.

The bottom template displays footnotes about the source of sales/shipments/unspecified figures. To suppress one of the lines, set a value to the following parameters:

• nosales – will not display the sales footnote
• noshipments – will not display the shipments footnote
• streaming – will include the footnote for streaming+sales
• streamsonly – will include the footnote for streams-only

The following categories should always be empty as they represent erroneous usage of the template.

• Category:Pages using certification Table Bottom with unknown parameters (0)
• Category:Pages using certification Table Bottom with no footnotes (0)
