Parameters

• year: the year of the meeting, suffixed with an A for the annual meeting (later in the year) or an S for the spring or summer meeting (earlier in the year). This parameter is required.
  • For example, to cite the 1989 Spring Meeting held in Traverse City, Michigan, use 1989S.
  • If the July 1996 mail ballot is being cited, use 1996M.
• pageorpages: the specific page number, if appropriate.
• access-date: the date the file was accessed.
• link: set to yes to link either American Association of State Highway OfficialsorAmerican Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials in the citation.
• v-link: set to yes to link Wikimedia CommonsorWikisource for the minutes from 1988 or earlier that are being hosted on those sister sites. (As document transcriptions are validated, the link will be switched to point to Wikisource instead of Commons; the transcriptions at Wikisource are much easier to read and link to the original scanned documents at Commons.)
• quote: an option quotation from the report or minutes
• mode: set to cs2 to emulate the Citation Style 2 format used by {{citation}}
• ref: use for Harvard-style referencing
  • letter: a letter to append to a date or year for Harvard-style referencing, if necessary
