The suggested format is "Month day1 - day2"
When a storm starts and ends in different month, the suggested syntax is "Month1 day1 - Month2 day2".
max-winds is the maximum winds in miles per hour with kilometres per hour in parentheses.
min-press is the minimum pressure in millibars.
areas denotes the countries and/or regions affected by the storm. If no areas are affected by the storm, use areas=None. Countries that the storm makes landfall in should be marked in bold.
damage is the amount of damage done by the cyclone is millions of US dollars.
deaths is the number of deaths caused by the cyclone.
