  • This template can be used for any U.S. airport which has a 3-letter FAA location identifier and a 4-letter ICAO airport code. It is designed for airports where {{US-airport}} doesn't work because the ICAO code is not "K" followed by the FAA identifier. For airports that do not meet these criteria, try one of the other US-airport templates listed in the See also section below.

    To use this on an airport page, add the following under the "External links" section, replacing XXX with the airport's 3-letter FAA location identifier and YYYY with the 4-letter ICAO airport code.

    {{US-airport2|XXX|YYYY}}

    For most U.S. airports, the 3-letter FAA code is the same as the 3-letter IATA airport code. For those where they are different, the template supports a third parameter. In the following example, ZZZ represents the 3-letter IATA code:

    {{US-airport2|XXX|YYYY|ZZZ}}

    For U.S. airports which do not have an IATA code, use:

    {{US-airport2|XXX|YYYY|-}}

    Example

    [edit]

    Airport with same code for FAA and IATA

    [edit]

    {{US-airport2|FAI|PAFA}}

    Airport with different codes for FAA and IATA

    [edit]

    {{US-airport2|ENM|PAEM|EMK}}

    Airport with FAA code, but no IATA code

    [edit]

    {{US-airport2|LHD|PALH|-}}
