Updating the systematics.[edit]

I updated the systematics of species of family Capromyidae (Hutias) to incorporate the fact that phylogenetic analyses of DNA and protein sequence data indicate that hutias nest within the Neotropical spiny rats (Echimyidae). ^{[1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7]} Manudouz (talk) 09:23, 3 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
