 Declined That's how the template already works. If you use {{flag|East Timor}}, you get  East Timor. If you use {{flag|Timor-Leste}}, you get  Timor-Leste. But if you use {{flagcountry|East Timor}}, you get  East Timor and if you use {{flagcountry|Timor-Leste}}, you get  East Timor. If these uses have to default to one, should it not be to the name actually used by the article? Or can {{flagcountry|East Timor}} be changed to produce  East Timor? That would be ideal, I suppose. Please add | name alias-basketball = Timor-Leste and | link alias-basketball = Timor-Leste {{{mw|}}} national basketball team. FIBA uses the name Timor-Leste^[1] The article is also named "Timor-Leste men's national basketball team". DenSportgladeSkåningen (talk) 03:31, 12 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]
