This template violates WP:NFCC#9: the template uses the non-free file File:Republic of Singapore Air Force service flag.svg. Per WP:NFCC#9, the file has to be removed from the template. --Stefan2 (talk) 00:33, 27 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Please remove:

| flag alias-air force = State colour of the Republic of Singapore Air Force (1977-1993).png

The former state colour bears the emblem of the air force, which remains under copyright.

Due to copyright issues affecting the air force, army and armed forces flag, I have created simplified versions for use which are of simple shapes and minimal originality.

@Paine Ellsworth: I sincerely apologise, would it be possible to readd the parameter | flag alias-state = State Marine Ensign of Singapore.svg back into the template? The flag had previously been added above but accidentally removed as the sandbox had not been updated with the main page when I edited it, resulting in its present omission. Thank you.
