Template not mobile friendly[edit]

Per https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T181756 there is a problem with this template in that it enforces dimensions that cannot be handled by a mobile device (620px height and 320px width)

I suggest removing these restrictions or wrapping the element with a scrollable container as it breaks readability on articles such as https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_extraterrestrial_memorials on mobile :( Jon (WMF) (talk) 22:50, 30 November 2017 (UTC) Jon (WMF) (talk) 22:50, 30 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Michael Z Freeman (talk) 13:20, 17 March 2020 (UTC) Noticed this as well as I wanted to view a larger version of the map. However because its an Imagemap the clickable elements are based on pixel fixed "poly" elements. It would probably be better to create an SVG version of the map as SVG can have clickable elements (I assume these can be transparent) that would give better visual (and other) feedback when hovered over.[reply]
