Hi - seems like a good idea for a standard approach. Can I suggest also something like the following for navigation in the info box (based on 1967 in Australia):

[[Timeline of Australian history]].

Oppose (move and merge) now that I understand this template's utility in 2011 in Serbia. Just because this template has been transcluded in only one non-Australian article does not mean that its usefulness outside of Australia-related articles is nonexistent. In fact, this template could be used in most "YEAR in COUNTRY" articles that do not yet have an equivalent template present. Steel1943 (talk) 18:33, 28 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
