Should VISTA and LA Metro be listed as multi-county or as they are?[edit]
VISTA has one route that goes to the Warner Center (LA County) and LA Metro has at least one route that goes to Thousand Oaks (Ventura County). Is this enough that they should be listed as multi-county agencies?
