Timberlake is a census-designated place (CDP) in McKinley and Cibola counties, New Mexico, United States. It was first listed as a CDP prior to the 2020 census.[2]

The community is in a valley bordered by the Zuni Mountains to the northeast and The Hogback to the west, about 9 miles (14 km) north of Ramah.

The portion in McKinley County is in Gallup-McKinley County Public Schools.[5] It is zoned to Ramah Elementary School and Ramah Middle-High School.[6]
