Taungup or Toungup Township (Burmese: တောင်ကုတ်မြို့နယ်) is a coastal townshipofThandwe District in the Rakhine StateofMyanmar. The administrative centre and principal town is Toungup. The only other town is Ma-Ei.[2][3]
