James EarlTreyPipkins III (born September 5, 1996) is an American football offensive tackle for the Los Angeles Chargers of the National Football League (NFL). He played college footballatSioux Falls.[1]

Pipkins was drafted by the Los Angeles Chargers in the third round (91st overall) of the 2019 NFL Draft.[4]

Pipkins was placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list by the Chargers on October 30, 2020,[5] and was activated the next day.[6] He was placed back on the COVID-19 list on December 8,[7] and activated again on December 21.[8]

Pipkins was named the Chargers starting right tackle for the 2022 season, and started 14 games.

On March 14, 2023, Pipkins signed a three-year contract extension with the Chargers.[9] During the Week 2 loss to the Tennessee Titans, Pipkins caught a pass for a two-point conversion after being declared an eligible receiver.
