Tryptophan tryptophylquinone (TTQ)[1] is an enzyme cofactor, generated by posttranslational modificationofamino acids within the protein. Methylamine dehydrogenase (MADH), an amine dehydrogenase, requires TTQ for its catalytic function.[2]
