Aliter is less active these days, but will look in at the Frisian Wikipedia, at sometimes projects as well. For questions in English you can use the discussion page here on the English Wikipedia. If you are able to write Frisian, or have a matter of such urgency that it justifies messing up the languages, you can use the Frisian discussion page to get a somewhat faster response.
Aliter's contributions are in the public domain. They have always been so, but current license implementation on this Wikipeda requires this to be declared explicitly so there'll be an older less restrictive declaration in place.
