I am Hugo Toledo^[1], an American information technologist, consultant, author and public speaker.

NOTE: Dhugot is my Wikipedia username. I currently only use this name on slashdot and Wikipedia. If you see Dhugot elsewhere, it may not be me. I resumed my use of this handle, which dates back to my original Usenet name, for purely sentimental reasons. One of my earliest computer IDs, it was my Unix login id when I was an undergraduate at Duke University in the early 1980s. Usenet was developed, in part, at Duke by Tom Truscott who was, coincidentally, one of my Computer Science instructors back then.
