From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I joined Wikipedia in July 2019. My day job in 2019 involved academic research - in 2020 I transitioned to data science after 20 years in academia, and I now model soil and forest carbon. For fun, and to support women in Science Technology, Engineering and Maths, I add wikipedia pages of notable Australian women.

I've volunteered at the Franklin Women Wikimedia events in 2022, and 2024.

I started writing a list of pages created of notable Australian STEMM scientists I created in 2019 include (blue means complete, red means still to complete), However then someone kindly provided a page of all my creations which is much more handy here: https://xtools.wmcloud.org/pages/en.wikipedia.org/DrPlantGenomics.
