Dr Aaron is a medical researcher based in Australia. His scientific background is cell biology, molecular biology, and developmental biology, with a particular focus on muscle and the heart.

He is currently working in the field of orthopaedic (bone) research. He has several research focuses including the application of bisphosphonates for treating orthopaedic complications; study of the skeletal defects associated with Neurofibromatosis type 1; and bone tissue engineering.

He also makes contributions to movies, books, and other forms of popular culture.
