Here I am talking to myself. I've been reading the how-to sections for hours and and am still thoroughly confused. I want to start writing an article, but am apparently not to do it in this page - I'm to use a "sub-page". and how do I create a sub-page? I guess I create this page so the sub-page has something to be sub of. And this page apparently, if saved, becomes visible? To who? it says if I want to test, go to the sandbox - then what is this page for? Is saving the same as submitting? Bah.

Planning an article about Belgian biophysicist Charles Pecher and will need help putting technical language in a accessible terms.

Proposed structure -

Brief overview - general achievements

Biography with brief description of key research findings, role of Donner/Crocker labs

More detailed look at research

Role of his work in Fallout debates of the 50s and 60s

Approval of use of SR89 for palliation in 1993.
