I believe it within my capability to design Userboxes, and have done a few already, some personal and some by request (see below). I also check Ideas people have for Userboxes every once in a while, and when given a proper picture (to the requestee's liking, and following Copyright guidelines for Userboxes), I make Userboxes for people.
If you'd like to request a Userbox from me, feel absolutely free to give me a shout on my main talk page, and even if I haven't been around to Wikipedia in a while, it'll email me that you've requested it - I find them somewhat easy.

Forked from User:UBX/vandalized-combo, to not have "vn-" in the info pane before the number, as that looks bad for something like this. The only case where the original is more preferred is if one wants to use it with a 0 count of vandalism.
