Etymology

PelliculUploader’s name comes from the Latin-derived pellicula (film) and the English word uploader. I originally intended to upload pictures of prop buildings in Grantville, Georgia that were used for the filming of The Color Purple in 2022.

PelliculUploader is a descendant of the following English colonists (I am the twelfth great-grandson of them all): Lion Gardiner, Ralph Dayton, John Woodruff (not the Puritan nonconformist) and Ananias Conkling.
