I usually make spelling, grammar, and other cosmetic changes as I see them. I also edit some pages related to non-English speaking countries, including some Latin American countries. I think these articles deserve as much attention and care as others, so as a native English speaker I'll do my best to improve the coverage of these topics in English Wikipedia.
Aside from English and Tagalog, I also know basic Spanish, French, and German. I'm most confident with my reading skills and I can hold a basic conversation, but I'm still heavily reliant on context, a dictionary, and an online translator. I can also read a bit of Portuguese because it's close enough to Spanish, but I can't speak, listen, or write in that language.
