Fleet of the Royal Canadian Navy

The goal of this project is to obtain an FL-Class rating. Significant content development, photo curation and editing have been undertaken. A recent assessment has suggested the following changes:

BL1: Additional citations required. BL2: Currently this is fine. Some improvements warranted. BL3: This is fine. But could use a little tweaking. BL4: Just fine. BL5: Refer to BL3.
