I asked you to please discuss your changes to the article on Talk:Frank Zappa before continuing to make them. I am worried that your particular phraseology is going to impact the meaning of the article in a way that's not neutral or represented by sources. Remsense 07:41, 5 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thats a false and biased claim. I changed the article so it would be consistent and make sense and be neutral. You don't really think that the songs on Freak Out are conventional. You actually agree with me but tried to claim that you don't. It's misleading to say that the songs are "conventional" and also "seemingly conventional" in the same article. "Seemingly conventional" means NOT CONVENTIONAL. It's a contradiction that makes no sense. At least a few of us appreciate logic AND appreciate Zappa's satire. His creativity goes deeper than you realize. You don't give him enough credit. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.143.103.204 (talkcontribs) 2024-01-05T03:18:07 (UTC)
It's not acceptable to talk at others on Wikipedia. Please speak to me with respect and work with me like I'm trying to work with you. It doesn't matter what I personally feel about the songs (though I do hear "Trouble Every Day" as a pretty standard blues rock song), it matters what we mean when we are using certain words reflecting the sources. Satire is a convention among many different conventions. Your only source so far has been your personal feelings about his work; you have not been editing the article with the source in mind. This is not acceptable on Wikipedia. Discuss this further on the talk page like I've asked several times, please. Remsense 08:22, 5 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
